JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nurse to Pajala Municipality, preferably to work during the day but with some shifts also at night and on weekends.

As a nurse at Pajala Municipality, you will have a varied and independent job. Your duties include healthcare interventions such as medication management, wound care, catheter changes, and end-of-life care. The work involves a great deal of personal responsibility with varied tasks, so it is important that you feel secure in your professional role.

An important part of the job is to mentor, support, and educate/delegate health and medical tasks to nursing staff.

You will be part of the municipality's Health and Medical Care Unit, which, in addition to nurses, consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and district nurses. You will also collaborate with other professionals both within the municipality and with other authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Nurse, preferably with experience from municipal health and medical care and further education. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
